NEIGHBORHOODS INVITED TO HEAR BUDGET NEWS . . . The Lincoln Neighborhood Alliance has invited all local neighborhood groups to a special meeting Saturday, March 29, 10:00am, at the F Street Recreation Center, 1225 F Street, to hear former City Councilman Curt Donaldson describe the financial trouble the city is in. This January, for the first time in many years, the mayor’s office did not issue budget projections. Donaldson will explain why.
