The room will be posted. Easterling will also participate in a panel discussion, \u201cClimate Change and the Great Plains,\u201d April 17, 2008, 2:00pm at the Nebraska Union. Joining him on the panel will be UNL climate experts, Sheri Fritz, professor of geosciences and biological sciences; Michael Hayes, National Drought Mitigation Center; and Kenneth Hubbard, High Plains Regional Climate Center. Van den Berg says “No one has yet calculated what the cost of our invasion and occupation is for Iraq. …The entire range of estimates is very large, far exceeding cost to the US.” He will report his findings for discussion.<\/p>\n

EARTH DAY OMAHA 2008: THE POWER OF ONE . . .
