LES isn\u2019t promoting this much, so every vote will in effect speak for thousands of customers. Under \u201cother suggestions,\u201d you might consider urging a rate plan that rewards conservation and penalizes higher electricity consumption, a moratorium on building\u00a0coal-fired plants and no increased purchase of electricity from coal-fired plants.
